- Own end-to-end digital fulfillment for one of the industry's largest independent libraries — 70,000+ titles across film and TV, spanning acquisition, QC, localization, metadata, and global platform delivery.
- Lead post-merger operational integration of two distribution organizations — unifying avails, asset tracking, delivery, and metadata workflows and enabling cross-brand delivery across all major platforms.
- Business lead on the rights-management migration to Rightsline; ran vendor selection, the board presentation, and the future-state workshop series (Phases 1–6 complete).
- Lead a ~7.2 PB NY→LA storage migration and Iconik MAM rollout; negotiated the MAM SOW from $400K+ down to ~$201K.
- Built the operational data layer — a consolidated warehouse indexing ~23.7K titles and ~1.68 PB — plus an onboarding/delivery dashboard powering the weekly ops meeting.
- Designed automation that cleared 703 overdue platform deliveries in a single run and generalized into a delivery engine supporting 27+ platforms; authored 130 SOPs and 213 workflow-automation rules.
